Scientists say the LHC has the possibility of destroying the world only in the sense of science's definition of possibility. ANYTHING and EVERYTHING is considered possible in the world of science. No matter how infinitesimally remote, something will always be possible.
But when translated to regular folk's terms, the LHC will absolutely not destroy the Earth or the universe. That Dave will wake up with demon wings and Graham will have been transported into the scene on a box of Gorton's fish sticks is essentially just as possible as the LHC destroying the world.
The fact is that the universe fires much harsher particles under much harsher circumstances at the Earth every day than what the LHC is capable of and that's not dangerous in the least. The LHC experiment is controlled and thus is actually safer than what happens naturally (which is already entirely safe).
Oh my god the sex book and musical accompanying was so funny (Graham running down a futuristic hallway.) John Dore was a really funny guest. Cinnamint it. I loved the Mc T's. And I live in Oakland!
That's gotta be the funniest episode yet.
I can't argue with anything that's been said. That Jon Dore sure charmed the pants off me.
I don´t know how I missed this one but I have been living a lie until now. I listened to it AFTER the Crumbs episode and I can tell you....the magic was here. What a contrast. Sounds like you 3 had far too much fun. Twas hilarious.
What the? This was over the top.... For some reason I have you guys subscribed on iTunes for weeks and have never listened to this. I was about to erase the feed, but I quickly listened in on this one randomly. I started with little Hitler (I didn't want to listen to introduction schtuff)...I literally laughed my ass off. I've got way to much backtracking to do now. Cheers, Keep it up, Hans
Thanks H-J. You picked a great place to start (although I'm a little hurt you skipped the intro). Keep on keepin' on.
Now that I have caught up on all 62 episodes I came back to re-visit this gem. I laughed so hard my lungs actually hurt. Effing Dore, get him back.
